For more than 30 years, I've devoted my life to helping people heal from trauma — and to training others to do the same.

I've owned inpatient and outpatient treatment centers, run a private practice, led healing missions from Skid Row to Harlem, and certified coaches around the world.

But I don't just teach this work. I've lived it. I healed from my own trauma and got my life back — and everything I teach is forged from relentless neuroscience research, deep clinical experience, and personal transformation.
